    A: No, because it may trigger the smoke detector.

    A: Yes, visitors are allowed, but tenants will be responsible to inform and uphold the rules and regulations of the dormitory.

    A: No.

  • Q: Is electricity included in the rent?

    A: No, it is prepaid.

  • Q: Is smoking/vaping allowed?

    A: No, it is strictly forbidden within the premises.

  • Q: Is there a minimum stay?

    A: Minimum stay is 6 months. Payment is 1 month in advance with a 2 months worth of deposit

    A: No, pets are not allowed.

    A: Yes, it is free although it is shared with all of the other tenants.
